1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website operated by R4 Home Service (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), or by purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or services.


2. Services Provided

R4 Home Service provides residential home maintenance services, which may include but are not limited to:

* Gutter cleaning

* Pressure washing

* AC line cleanouts

* Home watch services

* Minor handyman services

* Other maintenance services as offered

Service details, pricing, and scope are described on our website and may change from time to time.


3. Service Plans & Subscriptions

Certain services may be offered as recurring maintenance plans billed monthly or at agreed intervals.

By enrolling in a subscription:

* You authorize recurring billing via the payment method provided.

* Charges will continue until canceled.

* You may cancel according to the cancellation terms outlined at checkout.

Subscription billing is securely processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.


4. Payment Terms

* All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

* Payment is due at the time of service or according to your subscription agreement.

* Failed payments may result in service suspension.

* We reserve the right to adjust pricing with notice.

We do not store full credit card information on our servers.


5. SMS Communications & Consent

A. How Consent Is Collected

Customers provide express written consent to receive SMS messages by:

* Entering their mobile phone number on our pricing or signup pages; and

* Actively checking an unchecked SMS consent checkbox prior to completing service signup or checkout.

The checkbox is not pre-selected. Consent is voluntary and not required as a condition of purchase.

B. Types of SMS Messages

If you opt in, you may receive SMS messages related to:

* Service requests

* Appointment reminders

* Scheduling confirmations

* Account updates

* Billing notifications

We do not send SMS messages to individuals who have not provided express consent.

C. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your service activity.

D. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

E. Opt-Out & Help Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

* STOP to unsubscribe

* HELP for assistance

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.


6. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

* Maintain safe access to service areas

* Ensure pets and hazards are secured

* Notify us of any property concerns

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.


7. Service Limitations

Service scope is limited to what is described in the selected plan or quoted agreement.

Additional work outside of the original scope may require separate approval and pricing.


8. Cancellations & Refunds

Service Appointment Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

If our team arrives and is unable to perform the service due to:

Inaccessible property

Locked gates or pets not secured

Utilities not available (water/electric)

Unsafe conditions

a service call fee may apply.


Membership Plan Cancellations

R4 membership plans may be canceled at any time by providing written notice prior to the next billing date.

No long-term contract is required unless otherwise stated.

No prorated refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.

Previously completed services are non-refundable.

If membership includes discounted services already performed, R4 reserves the right to adjust final billing to reflect non-member pricing if the plan is canceled immediately after service fulfillment.


Completed Services

Once a service has been performed in accordance with the defined Standard Scope, that service is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.

If a service concern arises, customers must notify R4 within 48 hours of service completion so we can review and address the issue.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only in the event that:

Service was not performed as described in the defined Standard Scope

A billing error occurred

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.


Deposits & Specialty Services

For specialty services or large-scope work that requires scheduling coordination, deposits may be required. Deposits are non-refundable once scheduling has been secured unless otherwise agreed in writing.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

R4 Home Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of R4 Home Service and may not be reproduced without permission.


11. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for:

* Payment processing

* Messaging services

* Cloud hosting

* CRM management

We are not responsible for the independent policies of third-party providers.


12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.


13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

14: Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

15: Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using this website or enrolling in SMS communications, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
