1. Scope of Services

R4 Home Service provides residential home maintenance services including, but not limited to:

Pressure washing / soft washing

Gutter cleaning

Window cleaning

Trash bin cleaning

Handyman services

Pool cleaning

Junk removal

Pest management coordination

AC condensate line cleaning

Home watching services

Specific service details are defined on the website or provided in the customer’s selected service plan or estimate.

Services are performed according to the scope described on r4homeservice.com.

Items outside the defined scope may require additional charges.


2. Property Access

The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled service date.

This includes:

Clear access to work areas

Access to water and electrical outlets when necessary

Pets secured during service

Vehicles moved from service areas

If technicians cannot safely access the service area, the appointment may be rescheduled.


3. Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on service availability.

For subscription services, customers will be contacted to schedule the first service and future visits.

Weather conditions may delay outdoor services for safety or quality reasons.

R4 Home Service will notify customers if rescheduling is required.


4. Payment Terms

Payment is processed through the website at the time of booking or through the selected membership plan.

Accepted payment methods include credit or debit card.

Subscription services will automatically renew according to the selected service frequency unless cancelled by the customer.

Payment Authorization

By enrolling in a membership plan, the customer authorizes R4 Home Service to charge the payment method on file for:

• Monthly membership payments
• Completed services
• Any reconciliation balance resulting from early membership cancellation as described in terms of service.


5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours notice.

If a technician arrives and the appointment cannot be completed due to lack of access or customer cancellation, a service fee may apply.


6. Service Limitations

Some services involve cleaning or restoration of existing surfaces.

While R4 Home Service takes great care during service, the company cannot guarantee removal of all stains or restoration of surfaces that are already deteriorated or damaged.

Examples include:

Permanent staining

Oxidation on siding

Failing caulk or sealants

Deteriorated paint or materials


7. Pre-Existing Conditions

Customers acknowledge that exterior surfaces may contain pre-existing conditions such as:

loose siding

cracked mortar

deteriorated paint

fragile gutters

damaged screens

These conditions may become visible during cleaning or service.

R4 Home Service is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues.


8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

Remove fragile items near work areas

Secure pets

Notify R4 Home Service of any property concerns before service begins


9. Satisfaction Commitment

R4 Home Service aims to provide high-quality work and a positive customer experience.

If a customer is unsatisfied with a completed service, they should notify R4 Home Service within 48 hours so the issue can be reviewed and addressed when appropriate.


10. Limitation of Liability

R4 Home Service Inc. liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

The company is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages beyond the scope of the service provided.


11. Agreement

By scheduling or purchasing services from R4 Home Service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Service Agreement.

This policy explains how R4 Home Service handles property damage concerns during service.

Our goal is to provide professional work while treating every home with care and respect.

R4 Home Service takes reasonable precautions to protect your property while performing services.

Our technicians are trained to work carefully around:

siding

gutters

landscaping

windows

outdoor fixtures

decks and patios

Despite best practices, exterior surfaces may have hidden vulnerabilities.


Pre-Existing Conditions

Many homes contain conditions that may not be visible before cleaning or service begins.

Examples include:

loose or aging siding

deteriorated caulking

cracked mortar

oxidized paint

weakened gutters

brittle window seals

These issues may become visible during or after cleaning.

R4 Home Service is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or normal wear and tear.


Reporting Damage

If a customer believes damage occurred during service:

Notify R4 Home Service within 48 hours

Provide photos of the concern

Allow the company an opportunity to inspect the issue

We take concerns seriously and will review all claims promptly.


Resolution Process

If it is determined that R4 Home Service caused damage during service:

The company will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue, which may include:

Repairing the affected area

Arranging a qualified contractor for repair

Providing compensation for the reasonable cost of repair

Resolution will be determined based on the specific circumstances.


Insurance

R4 Home Service maintains general liability insurance for covered incidents that may occur during service.


Landscaping and Surroundings

While care is taken to protect landscaping and surrounding property, customers should notify technicians of any:

delicate plants

loose decorations

fragile fixtures

R4 Home Service is not responsible for damage to items left in work areas that were not removed before service.


Weather and Surface Conditions

Exterior cleaning may involve water, detergents, or equipment that interacts with outdoor surfaces.

Existing material conditions may affect results.

The company cannot guarantee restoration of aged or deteriorated surfaces.
