Question 1: Is this a contract?

No. R4 memberships are month-to-month. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your secure customer portal.

Question 2: How does one monthly price work if some services happen quarterly or annually?

We spread the cost of your selected services across the year so you can pay one consistent monthly membership price. Some services are performed monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually and are scheduled during your membership term.

Question 3: When will my services be scheduled?

After checkout, we’ll contact you by text or email to confirm your service window and any access details needed. Services are then completed on schedule with reminders and updates along the way.

Question 4: What if I need an annual service right away?

Annual services are normally scheduled later in your membership term to keep monthly pricing consistent. If you have an urgent need, we can complete the service sooner as a one-time add-on at the member rate, or keep it included and schedule it during your normal service window. We’ll always review options with you before scheduling.

Question 5: What happens if I cancel my membership?

Cancellation stops future billing and future services. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing period. Previously paid membership months are not refunded.

Question 6: How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel anytime through your secure customer portal.

Question 7: Will you contact me by phone or text?

We’ll reach out by email or text to confirm scheduling and provide service updates. Text messaging is optional and only used if you choose to opt in. You can opt out at any time.

Question 8: Do I need to call to get started or make changes?

No. Everything can be handled online — from signing up to managing or canceling your membership.

Question 9: Is there a commitment or minimum term?

No. There are no long-term commitments. Your membership renews monthly and can be managed at any time.
